  I was going to wait to write this post but after seeing another person with a similar experience I feel like I have to write this. I took my wedding set in in August to havethem redipped- white gold, and when I went to pick my rings up a few weeks later they tried to give me a different band, I refused to take it as it wasn't mine and was told a week later they found my band, but that wasn't true.... now here I am hoping they can remake my band to match my engagement ring. I've called and been given no answer, involved corporate and they're not helping so far either. So so so dissapointed!
