  Purchased a bedroom set from them back in 2007. Took them forever to get it in because it was backordered, and then they put it together wrong. The bed eventually broke because their people couldn't even put together their own furniture. Got a refund, went to purchase something else and the refund didn't cover it all like they said it would. Got the new set of furniture, and it was also backordered. Waited for it to arrive and it was poorly crafted. There shouldn't be cracks in the wood of a brand new furniture set that cost more than $1000! I will never purchase anything from them again. And now they're gone. Guess a lot of others felt that way too.
