  Adam showed up and was the utmost professional you could ask for. The first step he took was to protect the floors and ensure that our house stayed perfectly clean. Surprisingly they were able to perform the relining of our chimney in about 2 hours with absolutely no mess. When all completed he walked us through the operation of our fireplace insert (over 20 yrs old) to ensure that we knew everything that we needed to know to ensure we get the best efficiency from our unit. I would honestly say that Adam and his helper went above and beyond the due level of professionalism that is expected.

  This place has the market cornered and knows it! I had them come out and clean my pellet stove. The next time I try to start it, it won't light. I call them let them know and ask if they will come back to look at it. They say sure but it will be 200.00 to just look at it! GTF out of here. First something they did is likely the reason it won't light. Secondly are their techs doctors or lawyers? It might take them 15 mins to figure out what the problem is so what's that about 800.00 an hour. I recommend you find anyone else unless you don't care about money! Reply to that BS response... please read their reply it's easy to tell this is not a business that cares about customers. and sure 200.00 for 15mins is a fair price. I hope an honest company opens up in the Waldorf area because I'm sure you fellows would be out of business in a heart beat.
