  I'll never shop at this Littman Jewelers again. I purchased a ring for my wife. When i purchased it i was told if i purchased the insurance plan resizing would be free. I purchased the insurance, and gave to woman ringing me up all of the necessary information. When i brought it in for resizing the woman helping me could not find my information in the system, and I was basically going to eat the cost if I couldn't fund the receipt. I told her I would find it, and she told me we could pick it up on Wednesday. Today (tuesday) I receive a call for an "estimate" on the resizing. After going through the insurance mess again I was informed I could pick the ring up friday for free if I brought my receipt if not it would be $96. I spent far too much money for this kind of service (lost information/short notice reschedule). The only reason I gave two stars is the quality of the ring.
