  What can I say? Steve remembered me from when I came in 9 months before -- but that wasn't the right time for me to buy. He explained that sometimes things take time and that he was going to be there no matter what to assist in my purchase and I knew that I had to go with the Big Screen Store, solely due to Steve's sales prowess. I even let him know that I was going back to school for Business and that I was impressed by him and he let me borrow a book he had. Read it, loved it! Thanks Steve, you are the best.
