  Since we had our girl we've been here 10+ times. Prices not terrible, you could probably beat most items online, but the real deal here is the large clearance racks where you can find deep discounts. Bought some toys here as well. Good friendly staff.

  This Babies R US takes approximately 20+mins to bring a item that I purchased from online to me that email me stating that it was ready for pickup. A month later the a sales associate for the baby registry 'Gwen' failed to include the apartment number on or registry. So now I have numerous packages that are being sent back to the sender causing me to do extra work during the last trimester. Once I noticed the error i corrected it online. I tried to reconcile the situation by phone to shipping carrier which stated to notify the merchant, The manager at this location stated I must get in contact with everyone who've purchased since they may have been refunded. This is why stores like this are going out of business. Dont create a registry from this location or pickup from this location, if you value your time.
